jess and nik

now this was a marathon engagement shoot! but it had to be because this is my first sister to get married!!! i'm so excited! jess and nik came up for their engagement shoot, and we definitely made the most of the time they had. they really have fun together, which is obvious in their portraits!

the first day, it was SO WINDY and absolutely FREEZING, so it was pretty miserable for all of us. we got some great shots, but we were definitely limited because of the weather!

the second day, we went to a different location and the weather was much nicer! it was still a little chilly, but jess just pretended she was a swimsuit model shooting a catalog during the winter ;)

exciting that they are engaged! How much fun did you have with those locations!? Great work. My fave is the one of them sitting on the ground with the peace sign behind them (not because of that but that's the only way I could think to describe it). :)

Way too many good ones to choose from. It's probably overwhelming for your sister to have to narrow those down. What a great couple. They look so happy. It's fun to have sisters get married. I have two sisters getting married May 30th and May 31st, then they are having a joint reception. Too fun. I am the wedding planner of course! Also major congrats on the bun in the oven. Tyler gets a sister!
